👏👏Love this clip 🫶 and can't wait to listen to the rest of this episode! Hearing this example with your son,IMO, allows us to feel confident in trying ways to minimize food battles. An all foods allowed approach (nothing is forbidden) takes AWAY the power food can have, unfortunately, so many people allow it to have too much control.
